How we work
Success Beyond Strategy begins with a three-month engagement.
You’ll have:
Six 45-minute 1:1 strategic mentoring sessions
Typically held twice monthly.
Strategic Leadership Intake
A short self-administered intake completed before we begin, so our first session starts with the right context rather than spending it gathering background.
Your Strategic Map
A personalised, living view of where you are, what matters now, what is taking the weight, where you’re heading and what needs to remain in view.
An ongoing record of key decisions and progress
So we can keep track of what has changed, what has been decided and what needs to come back into the conversation.
Our sessions focus on what is actually happening in your business at the time.
There is no generic curriculum.

6 x 45-minute strategic mentoring sessions
£900 Pay in full or £300 per month for three months.
Session availability
Sessions are available Monday to Friday in the early mornings, between 5:00am and 8:30am depending on the day, and evenings from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, London time.
Morning availability follows a two-week pattern.
When you’re ready to begin, you’ll be able to choose an available time for your first session.
Your first session is provisionally reserved when you book. I’ll then send your invoice and joining information.
Your session is confirmed once payment has been received.

Are our conversations confidential?
Yes.
Sensitive business information shared as part of our work is treated as confidential. The full confidentiality provisions are included in the terms of engagement.
Do you provide financial advice?
Financial information may form part of our commercial discussions where it is relevant to a business decision.
I do not provide accounting, tax, investment or regulated financial advice. Specialist advice in those areas remains with appropriately qualified professionals.
