My work is grounded in over two decades of operational and financial decision-making inside owner-led businesses. I have supported growth across multiple sectors, working with organisations operating from approximately £300k through to £2.5 million in turnover.
This includes opening new businesses, supporting acquisitions, and guiding owners through periods where decisions directly affected cash flow, teams, and long-term viability.
I understand how money moves through a business, how decisions compound over time, and where operational pressure builds long before it becomes visible on paper.

What is often missing is not effort or intelligence, but the space to think clearly, pressure-test decisions, and lead deliberately as responsibility increases.

Earlier in my career, I built success through competence, adaptability, and strategic thinking. It worked commercially.
It also came at a personal cost.
For a long time, I absorbed pressure without recognising the impact it was having. I became highly effective at staying composed, staying capable, and staying in motion, even when I was privately running on empty.
That experience fundamentally shaped how I work.
I am acutely aware of how high-functioning owners override themselves to keep things moving. How decisions get postponed, carried privately, or made under pressure because there is no protected space to think.
